Selling a luxury property which we define as a final sales price of over $1,000,000 takes marketing to new heights. Obviously, our target market is smaller simply because the number of people who can afford to spend a million dollars on a property is smaller than the number of people who can afford between $300,000 and $500,000 where the majority of sales occur.

Privacy:

The first issue you may be thinking about is privacy. We will always do everything in our power to assure you the greatest amount of privacy possible while at the same time the very nature of marketing means exposing your property to the greatest number of potential buyers. Naturally there in lies a bit of a conflict. You're agent has been specifically trained to make that balance and make it work in your best interest. Your agent will go over a checklist with you which includes among other things how we screen potential homebuyers and most importantly the steps you can take to secure your personal belongings against theft or breakage.

Photos:

The greatest asset most million dollar properties possess is great curb appeal. That means we will be taking multiple photos of the property inside and out, and of the area. We'll also be creating a professional photo tour of the home when possible which your agent will explain to you in person in further detail.

Advertising:

We are a strong believer in advertising and that means we'll be using the appropriate advertising mediums to give your luxury home the greatest exposure to the appropriate target market. Newspaper, magazines and most importantly the internet are all at our fingertips as possible advertising mediums. Each luxury home is different and you're agent will know after inspecting your property where to begin promoting your property.

Specific Targeting:

With our in house mail department we have the capability to find specific contacts by income level and target them directly via direct mail. A full color glossy style postcard could be sent out to thousands if both you and your agent believe that would be the proper course of action.
